- Corrections when a guide has gone out of date or I have misread a mechanic.
- Requests for a report on a specific mission, build, map or squad problem in one of the covered games.
- Notes about errors on the site, such as broken layout or confusing wording.
- Privacy questions, including requests to look at or remove anything you sent me earlier.
- Friendly feedback, which is always welcome and genuinely read.
How quickly I answer
I handle mail in batches around my gaming and writing schedule, so replies usually arrive within a few days. Busy weeks, major game updates and holidays can stretch that a little. If your matter is a correction to something factual, I try to look at it sooner, since wrong advice does real harm to a good raid night.
